1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Xpoze ("we," "us," "our") for your use of the website at xpoze.ai ("Site"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. The Xpoze software is provided under a separate written agreement, and nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use it.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Xpoze and to contact us. You may not:

• Interfere with the Site or its infrastructure, or circumvent any access or rate controls.
• Copy or scrape the Site at a volume that burdens it.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or transmit malicious code through it.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Xpoze.

3. Site Content

The Site describes Xpoze, which is in beta. Product screens, names, findings, and numbers shown on the Site are illustrative. Descriptions of features may change, and nothing on the Site is an offer, a commitment to provide any feature, or a statement of results you will obtain. References to published research are provided for information; the research belongs to its authors.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and the Xpoze name and logo, is owned by Xpoze and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own information. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites, such as published papers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpoze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is zero.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Xpoze harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at xpoze.ai/terms and update the effective date. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
